Bali Ocean front because of their full disclosure policy showed us the sale agreement didn't include any commissions so we just paid them instead. Something a lot of companies wont tell you. Don't mind paying for a job well done, which they did.

Friends of ours had purchased in Bali before and recommended Bali Ocean Front to us,they are straight to the point people. If they don't like the deal they will tell you. We went against their advise and purchased some property from another agent even though Bali Ocean Front told us they didn't like the deal. Wished we had listened to them. It cost us several thousands of dollars as we overpaid for the property. The real estate agent we bought it from took 40% commission from the selling price and added it to our price. Now we only use Bali Ocean Front.

I was amazed at real estate people over there hiding things until we met the people at Bali Ocean Front.

They were the only company that offered full disclosure on everything.This meant I knew what I was buying and how much the seller was selling the building for.

I don't mind paying, as long as I am not been cheated which happens a lot in Bali. All the real estate company's don't tell you the price the seller is getting for the villa you have just purchased. This means that the sale price is sometimes not the price the seller sells it for and the person who pockets the difference is the real estate company.

Bali Ocean Front made us meet the owners and showed us their agreement with the owners and at what price the owners wanted to sell at. I have already referred several clients of ours to Bali Ocean Front.
