Perhaps you would like to rent out your Bali property in your absence. Our management team will arrange for your property to be rented out and ensure that your property in properly maintained. Our online reservation team will take your property listing and market it out to several international rental agencies that Bali Ocean Front works in cooperation with throughout the world. You may even be able to spend some time away in one of our partners’ rental villas somewhere else in the world, while someone is renting your villa in Bali.
If your units are rented in our rental reservations, Bali Ocean front will ensure and guarantee that your villa will be clean, inspected before and after every rental client to ensure that your property is as unique as when you had left it. Our housekeeping staff will run your villa just like a 5 star hotel room.
Our staff will be more than happy to discuss a maintenance package for your particular Bali holiday home or permanent residence. Every property is unique so therefore each maintenance package is tailored to your requirements, you can have all of our services or just a few you decide. What’s the cost of this service? Around 25% with the balance being credited to your account.
