You will be buying a share of Villa Chiara with 10 other investors. We have kept the prices down to a more reasonable level offering you the opportunity to buy just one share at the special pre-construction price of $59,000 US for 4 weeks use a year or buy multiple shares if you need more time.
These properties are freehold property; you will jointly hold shares in a company that holds title to the property. These shares can be sold or transferred at any time; you are part owner of the property. Each ownership is divided into 11 shares; you can buy just one share or several.
Each share will entitle you to 1 calendar month (4 weeks) per year, which can either be used by yourself or put into our central reservations where we will rent the units out for you with a management fee of 20%.The funds can be banked for future use in central reservation or used towards your yearly maintenance costs.
You can use the 4 weeks all at once or split them up during the year. Your allocation will be controlled on line from our central reservations. This will be done on a rotational basis, initially as a first come first saved basis depending on when you sign the contract of purchase.
Thereafter the months allocated to each owner will be advanced 3 months forward from the prior year. For example in 2012 if your first month is July, then the following year in 2013 it will be July plus 3 months (October). This way everybody will see Bali during different times of the year. You also may at any time switch these months with another shareholder from our central reservations, which can be done all online and free.

Just like your own home, the villa needs money spent on it every years to provide you with these luxury comforts. These will include:
These fees will be charged at $1,500 per year, per share Jan/Dec. The first two years will be prepaid when contracts are signed for the villa.
Payments can be made by wire transfer or credit card.
Deposits will be held in a trust account by an international bank such as HSBC, until construction starts. Once construction starts all payments will be invested into the property. This will be governed by International law and guaranteed by the Canadian Holding company.
Clients will have the right to cancel at any time before construction starts with an administration fee of 20% payable to Bali Ocean Front.
If construction does not commence for any reason during the time period specified the deposits if necessary will be refunded in full, guaranteed.
